Detailed Description

MacroElementNodeUpdateMeshes contain MacroElementNodeUpdateNodes which have their own node update functions. When the node's node_update() function is called, they also perform any auxiliary update functions, e.g. to update no-slip boundary conditions on moving domain boundaries.
